HEEAL SHOWCASE – General Rules & Code of Conduct
The following rules apply to all individuals attending HEEAL SHOWCASE, including performers, guests, judges, staff members, volunteers, vendors, photographers, media representatives, and audience members.
By attending the event, all individuals agree to comply with these rules and any instructions given by the Organizer.Respect & Community Standards
HEEAL SHOWCASE is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for everyone.
All attendees are expected to treat others with respect, regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, religion, body type, or experience level.
Harassment, bullying, discrimination, intimidation, unwanted physical contact, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.Professional Conduct
Attendees must conduct themselves respectfully throughout the event.
Gossip intended to harm others, public humiliation, hostile behavior, or creating an unsafe environment may result in removal from the event without refund.Alcohol & Substance Use
Any attendee who appears intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances may be denied entry or removed from the event.
For performers, the use of alcohol or substances that impair performance before or during participation is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification.Photography & Video Recording
Photography and video recording may take place throughout the event.
By attending HEEAL SHOWCASE, attendees acknowledge that their image, voice, and likeness may appear in photographs, videos, livestreams, promotional materials, social media content, and future event marketing.Online Conduct
Respectful behavior is expected both in person and online.
Defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing behavior directed toward performers, guests, judges, sponsors, staff, volunteers, partners, or the event itself may result in removal from the event and exclusion from future events organized by HEEAL SHOWCASE.Prohibited Items
The following are not permitted at the event:
● Real weapons of any kind
● Explosive or flammable materials
● Dangerous substances
● Illegal drugs
● Any item deemed unsafe by the OrganizerAnimals
No live animals or animal remains may be brought into the venue or used as part of a performance unless explicitly approved in writing by the Organizer.Organizer Authority
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission, remove attendees, or disqualify performers whose behavior violates these rules or creates an unsafe environment.
Any situation not specifically covered by these regulations shall be evaluated and resolved at the Organizer’s discretion.
Additional Rules for Performers
9. Eligibility & Registration
Performers must meet all eligibility requirements established by the Organizer and provide accurate registration information.10. Health & Fitness
Performers confirm that they are physically and mentally capable of safely participating in their performance.
Participation is voluntary, and performers assume responsibility for assessing their own fitness to perform.11. Punctuality
Performers must arrive on time for check-in, rehearsals, technical requirements, and stage calls.12. Backstage Access
Backstage areas are restricted to performers, staff members, and individuals specifically authorized by the Organizer.13. Skin Products
The use of oils, lotions, body creams, or other products that may compromise equipment safety or grip is prohibited.14. Performance Content
Any performance, costume, music, visual element, or artistic concept promoting or glorifying hate, racism, xenophobia, transphobia, homophobia, ableism, sexism, violence, or discrimination will result in immediate disqualification.
The Organizer reserves the right to review and reject performance content that conflicts with the values of HEEAL SHOWCASE.
15. Liability
Performers participate at their own risk and release the Organizer, venue, sponsors, partners, staff, and volunteers from liability for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation, except where prohibited by applicable law.
